Movement geared towards promoting and helping digestion will be guided by yoga instructor Heather Lillico, and a mindful meditation will be guided by Kate Petriw and Nina Purewal, authors of Let That Sh*t Go + Founders of Mind Matters + Pure Minds.
No experience to yoga or meditation is necessary – all levels are welcome!
A kombucha “champagne” toast and take-home snacks (gluten-free and allergen-friendly) will be provided, along with a swag bag!
Please note – no shoes allowed in the studio. Please bring a pair of socks or slippers to stay cozy – and wear comfortable clothing.
A portion of the proceeds from Movement + Mindfulness for Digestion will be donated to the Canadian Digestive Health Foundation.
